It was 7/10. Either way with a AAA developer/ game and a 140 mil budget that's mediocre at best.

CD Projekt Red make a Game-of-the-Year contender with a staff of about 200 people, with a tiny budget, in their first ever attempt at an open world RPG. They cranked out Witcher 3... and promised 16 free DLC packs as a thank you. Bungie has millions of dollars, huge offices with hundreds of employees, and decades of experience with FPS games, and after YEARS of development, the best they could crank out was this mediocre, poorly-written money-grabbing excuse of a gambling simulator? Come on, now...
