Nope. I'm not even getting it
-
Bungie has not revealed enough to even be able to develop an objective analysis to determine if it is. All they are doing is hyperbole marketing again (same as everything to date which has disappointed). I don't see TTK being some game changing expansion. Guaranteed within a couple weeks, beyond a few chests or something in the Dreadnaught, it will be back to grinding out the same weekly stuff with a little less repetitive frequency.

1 ReplyYessss 'Skolas voice'

To me it is. But I respect if it isn't for other people. Worth is entirely objective.
-
I have no plans at the moment to getting it, but I might eventually get it if some of my friends do.
-
Edited by Ezimatana: 8/2/2015 5:24:53 PMYeah because I'll likely file transfer the dlc from a friend's account for free.
-
Considering I'll put 40+ hours into it, yes!
-
No. IT'S worth $80.
Since I didn't actually pay for my damaged Ghost Edition (poorly packaged)! Best free game I've ever played!
-
1 ReplyNot worth it but it's not changing either. I really don't play this to experience gameplay anymore but more so to socialize with the people that play it.

Preordered
-
I preordered it
-
We'll see. I can't wait for the raid
-
Way less than an hours worth of work, so yea
-
Idk it's not out yet
-
Nope thats why i got it for 25$
-
$40 isn't much money. One good meal.
-
In math terms,it makes sense CE 80$ LE 60 Emotes 20 TTK 40 60+20 = 80 40+20=60
-
I guess in terms of DLC, it's hefty, but it depends how much your gonna play it? I've gotten 300 + hours out of £75 so I'm not complaining! If I get another 100 hours out of the taken king that will be fine!!!
-
i read this as "is time to kill worth $40 to you?" so, i thought you were sugesting that we should be able to instakill stuff for $40.... yea.
-
-
For me personally yes. I have yet to purchase dark below or house of wolf's. So 40 for ttk plus it comes with the other two.
-
8 RepliesThe Shivering Isles was $30 when it came out. It was practically another game. TTK will have to live up to that standard at the very least in order for me to consider purchasing it.
-
Yes idc what other people say I will support bungie till this game is no longer being made.
-
5 RepliesNot even worth $1
-
14 RepliesThe Dark Below and House of Wolves were marketed far beyond what they really were in terms of content and fun. I don't expect Bungie to change that with TTK. I'm simply waiting for reviews.
