To start this off, if you say trials takes skill, but yet you use thorn, last word, blink, or any other OP weapon that seemed to make it past bungies "Okay" list, go ahead and back out of this post.
Alright, so please tell me how it is fair for me to play against 5 teams, in a row, that has already gotten the 9 and 0 reward THIS WEEK? Also, you're telling me out of all of your hundreds of thousands possibly millions of players I was able to connect to the same team twice in a row?
Oh yeah, let's take a minute and realize if you can snipe someone from across the map with a hand cannon (thorn and last word) you might have a slight problem. If the thorns range is better then a scout rifle, there's your hint.
Don't get me wrong I was a well above average player in your Halo series, but that is because it took true skill. Meanwhile in destiny, "true skill" is now determined who's has what exotic and with what perks, also who has there super and when they have it. If you want trials to be fare make it more like crucible. Where there is no level boost and all weapons are the same so true skill would have to be shown to beat the other player. But I'm done ranting, let the chaos and the comment wars begin.
Oh yeah and just to add real quick, I'm more pissed off that the 9 and 0 people that already got it that week are able to play agent teams that haven't gotten it yet. They need to make a different bracket for people that have already gotten 9 and 0 to play other 9 and 0 players.

Edited by Lord Fried: 7/16/2015 5:01:20 PMAre you pissed you haven't gone flawless? The crucible (or Trials in this case) is no place for mercy.

I'm not trying to be a douche or anything, but this post seems to be more of you complaining about being unable to go flawless. Trials by its very nature was not designed to be fair. You are supposed to have an advantage of you are using the best weapons and armor. It's not for everyone, and people who enjoy competitive mp such as myself have a fun time with it. I don't understand why people get mad about just because they can't easily obtain the gear they want. Imagine how much sweeter your flawless victory will be when you get it after all that you have struggled through. You have grinded and suffered and learned. You deserve that flawless victory. You know when you get it that you worked your butt off to be better than the other team. It will be a true achievement. You don't need handouts from Bungie or them to make it easier because that takes all the fun and competition out of it. I'm sure you can do it, so keep your chin up and get back out there and fight, Guardian!

Players better than you will beat you regardless of the weapon Meta, and it doesn't look like we are getting weapon rebalancing until TheTakenKing.
-
Back out if the team you just played are a bunch of savages dont stay in because it will put you in too.
-
*implies using weapons or abilities he doesn't like makes you unskilled"
-
That's not a very funny joke
-
I agree with most of your post except for when you said to make trials like crucible because its more equal. Well reg crucible is not and the weapons deal the same damage generally speaking

Gg little whiner

In Triala of Osiris, you enter into a pool of people who are supposedly ready to win every game. To win a game you must have more skill, better plays, and be able to out-think your opponents (weapon balancing issues aside). You need to be ready to out play and out think people who are of higher skills than you. Alot of people complain about people who have already done flawless runs that week. So what if they have, that alone doesn't make them better. A scrub could have gotten lucky and had easy games until he got flawless, you wanna lock out a scrub? That's admitting defeat before you've even started. The fact that someonr has gone flawless doesn't mean thry've already beaten you. There are so many players of that calibre that would defeat you the same way. And chances are you could have faced them before the got flawless and they could have beaten you the same way. People think that players automatically get better somehow whe the go to the Lighthouse but that isn't the case, they're just better than you. To win in Trials, you need to be better than you're opponent. That is all. So beat them. Face every opponent as a fresh new challenge and if you cant beat the in skill, beat them in plays and wits. That's how you get to the Lighthouse

No skill at all . Thorn with a grenade from a warlock boring its so easy
-
Skilled matchmaking would be good. I can't get passed 4 wins at the moment. Don't consider myself particularly bad, and I only really want 5. Some people are like trials ninjas.
-
Iol we got paired with the same people 3 times in a row and annihilated the every time

16 RepliesThese posts are getting boring. Play the game, improve, keep trying, have fun and enjoy it. If you aren't doing one or more of those things, maybe stop playing. I've not gone flawless yet, maybe I never will, but you'll find me playing ToO each week because me and the guys I play with enjoy playing it. We have definitely improved since the first week. We have close games, the occasional annihilation and get steam rolled, but it's a laugh and it gives us ideas for strategies etc. 5 wins is the target, any more than that is great. Don't set the bar too high if you're not an amazing PvP player. Enjoy it.

I just got ddosed at 7-0 with the boon by a guy who literally has videos on his xbox profile of him cheating. Sitting on flags not being able to be killed, and making things go invisible.

2 RepliesEdited by Jazeservedyou: 7/13/2015 9:04:19 AMTo be honest I agree with this post. I played a flawless trials last night but it was the closest possible margin off failing. We had an 8-0 run with our boon still intact. We got matched against some scrub team with 3630+ Grimoire, trials emblem, thorns and shotguns. (Scrub team cause thorn/shotguns, respect for the grimoire honestly.) I inspected the team before even playing them and said "Yep, here comes our loss", sure enough they decimated us, something like 5-2. Next game, I go to inspect enemy team as always, it's the same people! Luckily we scraped the win at 5-4, heck when the score was 4-4 I was last guy on my team with red bar health, SO CLOSE. Annoying how I never get matched with the noob teams twice in a row though, it's always some MLG tryhard team.

5 RepliesI am sick and tired of people saying that trials is too hard if you can't go 9-0 go play some crucible and get better at PvP and for all the people that say thorn is to over powered and can't be beaten I'm calling bullshit because yes it does 2 shot headshot but you guys should try this thing called strafing and have some of there shots miss and yes it can be beaten I have finished a game of trials of Osiris we went like 5-2 and my friend was using no land beyond and I was using necrochasm and the other team was using the "unbeatable" thorn if you use the map and lines of sights to your advantage and out smart them you will go 9-0 every week we went flawless on all three characters already and there was some teams that were harder to beat then other but it's stupid when people say that they need to change it where the lighthouse needs to be easier to get to NO IT DOESNT it's the only thing that actually shows you worked to get something so quit whining

Why your post is a joke. You're bitching like a bitch. End rant.

How do you know they already went flawless this week? You look up each of their gts and go through their activity? Or are you exaggerating to make your losses more understandable?
