What's your VALID excuse for not buying Gjallahorn?
I see a lot of people complaining and they think Xur should sell it. The fact is he already sold it and you had your chance. However a few people do deserve to have it sold to them of they have a proper excuse.
Examples of INVALID excuses.
"I didn't know how good it was"
Ignorance will not hold up in a court of law. It's like saying I didn't know what the speed limit was while you do 80.
"I didn't have the strange coins then"
Laziness is also not an excuse. I didn't feel like grinding and getting the coins is akin to saying I didn't feel like stopping at that stop sign, good luck explaining that to a judge.
"I didn't have the game then (didn't have money"
When you have to pay your tickets in court not having funds will not excuse you from your financial duties. Get a job and pay them off.
An example of a VALID excuse would be..
"I was in the hospital that weekend for surgery"
If you have a doctor's note this would be a perfectly fine excuse.
So what's your excuse as to why you deserve a second chance?

I didn't know about Xur or strange coin usage etc It was Red Death being sold that alerted me to it - but I didn't have enough then so I certainly would have had enough the week before

I was busy doing homework. Is that a valid excuse? If not I can come up with other shit to say to justify that I didn't want it at the time. Now I have 3.

I was the only one in my group of 8 that bought it that weekend. My group reassured me that I was wasting my coins on an exotic that didnt increases your light level. Also they insisted that using the exotic slot on a heavy weapon was dumb. To me it looked amazing so I bought it in spite haha

Have had 7 drop for me, and only ever bought the one way back in the day, its going to sit in my vault at 300 attack just cause. That being said.... I hope you are joking lol, you cant really compare a video game to something as harsh as government inforced court systems.

And now since RNG didn't give me strange coins after 2 days grinding for god knows why. I've been grinding since then for one. Everything I do now is for Gjallarhorn.

I bought destiny as soon as it came out, put the disc in my Xbox and the thing dies on me. Go to my local EB and they had literally just sold the last Xbox 360 they had. :(
