I AM NOT THE DEVELOPER.
PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST FOR INFO!
I will try to help but any major issues, go to the reddit discussion! That is where the developer is.
Here is the discussion about it on reddit:

It's very new so there may be some small issues. I have not run into anything serious, just little stuff.
You have to use this with Google chrome and support for other stuff is coming soon!
Here is the direct download link: http://tinyurl.com/oqmsbmh
Guy created it himself. It has a beautiful interface for transfering stuff to characters or to the vault. You can also just equip/move items from character to character without moving anything to the vault!
Also you can create loadouts on each character! So you can create raid, crucible, or even specific element loadouts and when you click on it, it equips everything in game instantly!
You need to be logged into bungie.net on chrome.
Let me know if u have any questions!
EDIT: Wow wake up and a ton of posts. Will try to help some people out. I received a reply from the developer that you do not need to to have bungie.net open on another tab.
Also he said this uses bungies services that the app/website use to transfer everything and that this extension just basically sits on top of everything. You're safe.
EDIT: People seem to be very skeptical about this. You're not downloading any random sketchy software.
This is an extension you download off the chrome App Store. You're 100% safe to use this. Check out the reddit discussion, hundreds of people are using it.

5 RepliesJust because is discussed on reddit does not make it safe to use. Just because is a chrome expansion does not make it safe to use. It is sketchy software and so is any other 3rd party software used to access any other service. The chrome store does not check every little thing about an app to make sure there is no way it can be used for nefarious deeds. they only do basic checking.

1 ReplyEdited by Void: 4/2/2015 3:25:40 PMI have been using this extension for a while now for chrome. Apparently, one person on reddit took the extra step and port it to mobile, although it is easy to install if you are in an android and a windows phone, you will require a Jailbroken iOS device if you want this on a iOS system. (The app is already available on Window's own app store. For iOS however, he currently doesn't have a mac to put it in the App Store for iOS. He is also unable to put this app in the google play store.) 2 RepliesBump, because this is not getting enough attention.

Good site and idea but you can't tell which gun is which cos it doesn't tell you. Just has the picture . The only guns I can recognise are Suros and Icebreaker . There needs to be a tooltip that pops up when you hover mouse over a picture
-
1 ReplySo some guy makes this just cos he can yet the massive team and Bungie with their huge budget couldn't do it in game. Lmfao!!!

2 RepliesSounds like Kermit 2.0

1 ReplyPlease reply so I can come back to this

5 RepliesThere's actually an easier way for this. There's a hidden menu in your inventory that I can show you if you have shareplay
-
This would be sweet in concept I hope it works

2 RepliesQuick someone reply so I can check it out latef

5 RepliesIt would be cool if it actually worked. But since it just says loading... forever, not very useful.
-
1 ReplyI'm not trusting anything not authorised by bungie
-
6 RepliesPlease be aware that because of the way the extension works it can perform any actions on bungie.net which you already do manually. That being said however, it doesn't appear to perform any malicious actions. Nevertheless, it's up to you to determine whether you trust it enough to install.

2 RepliesEdited by : ^ ): 3/5/2015 6:49:29 AMOkay, so I want to let everyone in if they are unsure. I started using it so far and have had ZERO problems. It's actually quite useful. It makes use of a nice feature that Bungie gave us and makes it 100x faster and easier. I'm actually quite impressed. If you're not sure how it works, it literally works all off of Bungie.net, just a more convenient UI format and cuts some of the steps out of the process like putting things into the vault then onto another character. It does the vaulting and switching for you pretty quick. You can all find this stuff out in the reddit post and his updates. :D

2 RepliesHi, Kirmit. No thanks.

I just added this extension to chrome and it is awesome, hopefully it can be switched over to a mobile app soon. Bungie's app vault is cool and useful, but this is 5 times faster than that. It shows all your characters and your vault. click any item, then select who you want to send that item to. Props to this developer.

Commenting for reference

I'll stick with the official Bungie stuff for now.
-
9 RepliesBecause using this to save a few seconds is so life changing? Just use the app ffs.
-
1 ReplyI'll stick with the Bungie created stuff for now till this is legit.

8 RepliesIt's technically modding and Bungie doesn't take that lightly it's probably going to get shutdown but who knows
I WOULD ADVISE NOT USING IT AS IT WAS JUST RELEASED
, like they say "don't make us kick your ass"
