Ruin Wings are by far and wide the best Titan exotic armor in the game for PvE. They turn a Titan's heavy weapon into his primary weapon.

You have no room to say who should wear what gear when you have less than 10 raid completions. This exotic is definitely not needed for either raid. Any experienced raider would know that.

Why? Saint 14 has no use on Crota, Skullfront and glasshouse are better options. Skullfront for health, glasshouse for longer blessing/weapons. Saint 14 is honestly overhyped by Crota's end. Before CE it was considered garbage by most of the community
