Hello! There are a couple known issues with Xbox Live authentications to bungie.net user profiles currently. Bungie has created a thread for gathering information and troubleshooting. I would encourage that you check it out for yourself. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/105085251/0/0

Same issue. Bump.

There was suppose to be a change in Microsoft accounts linked that did not have an actual gamertag associated with them. This change might have created a problem for those who actually have an Xbox account linked to their Microsoft accounts. I'm sure bungie is looking into it.

3 RepliesI am having this issue as well. I have had my bungie.net account for over two years, but today was the first time I signed in since I started playing Destiny. I can sign in just fine but I can not see my character, stats, grimoire cards, or xbox live friends. I am also having the same issue with the companion app on my Note 4. According to my profile it says my Microsoft account is linked, but the only way to unlink it is by signing in with a different account which I don't have. Please help.

1 ReplyEdited by V1V1X: 3/1/2015 2:20:18 AMSame issue here. Signed up a couple of days ago, thought that it maybe takes a while for the accounts to link characters, but nothing is shown. On my iphone it says that I need to create a character, although I have a level 14 warlock.. Am going through my xbox live account on xbox 360. Had initially signed up through my iphone companion app, so I'm wondering if that's the issue.
