deathsingers loot drop/ crota drop - exotics
Has anybody else noticed a hell of a lot of exotics dropping from the raid this week? I ran it twice earlier today and the first game saw: Red Death, Gjallahorn and no land beyond drop at the deathsingers.
Then the second game saw: hard light from deathsingers then icebreaker from crota.(that was my drop, been after icebreaker since day one! I was on holiday when Xur sold it).
In addition to this we also had 2-3 raid helmets drop from crota each run and many weapons. I'm pretty sure nobody was left with shards/energy, everybody got something! Anyway, since the dark below released I have only ever seen two exotics drop from crota out of around 10 runs.
Has this happened to you guys or do you think my group just got lucky? And if it is happening to a lot of people do you think that they have increased the drop rate? I wouldn't imagine they have but I found it weird and unlike destinys loot system to have games like these lol.
Edit: I don't know how I didn't mention this but on my first run, when we hit crota and we're playing through it we were up the left and I was sniping Knights when all of a sudden my view is blocked by... A lvl32 gatekeeper just walking about by the stairs/entrance on left side. He was immune and wouldn't take any damage, and someone died and he disappeared. Edit 2: ran for the third time now, the results were: lots of gear, only one person per checkpoint got just shards. Deathsinger: red death and Dragons breath. Crota: 4 helmets, 6 raid weapons, suros and dragons breath. My drops were: gauntlets, shards, energies, Titan helmet, swordbreaker, shards and dragonsbreath.
That's 3 out of 3, and spaced over two days!

I got plan c, thunderlord and gjallarhorn and saw thunderlord, no land beyon, 2 dragon breaths, red death and gjallarhorn drop in 3 crota raids today couldn't believe it

Three weeks running, no weapons drop or helms for my hunter or warlock. Crota treated me good early on, but is only giving me energy and shards now (this week was no different).

1 Replyi ran it back to back same group 3 times only seen 2 exotics drop both were from deathsinger someone got no land beyond and icebreaker out of the 3 runs only 2 of us received helmet otherwise mostly shards or energy it just rng man i dont think any loot table was modified for better drops

1 ReplyI myself received gjallarhorn, no land beyond and dragons breath on my 3 runs this week. Few other for exotics aswell. Definate increase in drop rate. Still no black hammer tho :(

1 ReplyMy group got only 1 icebreaker and 1 mida from deathsingers on 3 runs. And crota dropped nothing but shards/energy and shaders after we killed him once. Everybody was pissed and we decided to finish the other runs tomorrow.

4 RepliesOut of my 3 runs I saw a Monte Carlo (mine) Then a hawkmoon, suros, dragons breath, no land beyond, two thunder lords (same guy got 2 in one raid) and then two mida multitools. They should really nerf that drop rate or something

3 RepliesI personally have had 3 exotics from crota and seen about 18 in total but only 2 raid helmets. Only done death singers once since the change buy no one got exotics there.
