There's too much negativity and complaining on the forums these days; so lets all take a moment to reflect on things we actually like about Destiny.
I'll go first:
The skyboxes are beautiful.

Weapon descriptions. More interesting than the story itself.

balanced PVP. Oh wait... umm... Well crafted story. Damn it... I give up.

3 RepliesYesterday I was doing laundry. I figured it would be a good time to gather some crafting materials on the moon. I was doing the regular farming loop and suddenly I noticed somebody else seeming to do the same. When I found a chest I waved and pointed. He came over and opened it up. We continued to run together. If he found something he would shoot at me and then point. Eventually a public event started and we both ran over and completed it. Afterward I figured I had enough to upgrade my stuff. I waved goodbye. He waved back and we parted ways. It was a pretty fun way of being social with somebody random without having to put on a headset or create a fire team. I like having those moments pop up.

At the risk of being called a troll I once stood on the top of the Magic Loot Cave for couple of minutes and waved at people. Needless to say they started shooting at me so I run off.

Edited by X1014: 10/3/2014 3:12:39 AMFrom what I know, it isn't the first time this has happened with a Bungie game. I guess that when one of the halo games launched everyone got on b.net and sh!t talked about it. Oh, and for my positive thing, I love how you can do any of the four emotions anywhere at anytime

Shows sweeping robots are very effective in the future.

Sound track and gameplay

Nice controls, awesome graphics.
-
Firesinger only pros can use this efficiently
-
It won't take up a lot of my time in the coming months.

The gameplay is solid, but Bungie has always delivered on that for me. As of this week another positive that will arise is tiger strike rewards being better! Last but not least... Soundtrack!

I love the Grimoire Cards! Now, I do think there should be access to the lore in game. However, I like that Bungie is trying something new. For me it works out. Between work and school I don't get much time to grind and get bored enough to read lore in game. I'm probably missing half the story in Skyrim because of this. So when it gets slow at work I get to read the cards. This keeps me connected to the game when I'm away, and when I learn something new I can't wait to get back home and play some more. Bungie has found a way to keep me engaged in their game even when I don't have access to my console. I don't know of another game that does that, (if you do please tell me!) Thank you Bungie, this is the most fun I've had with a game since Halo: Combat Evolved. *looks up at comment *looks down at soapbox *steps off soapbox

Being honest I just love the game. The detail that has gone into the surroundings is amazing. When your not shooting something just stop and look at the detail. Superb game.
