[10/8 Update]Hitting CENTIPEDE errors on a University network? Post here.
We are continuing to reach out to institutions and universities who have devices in place that prevent people from connecting to Destiny servers. If you would like us to reach out to your institution, and to see if others in a similar situation are having similar problems, please post in this forum.

We have pushed a fix live that should effectively restore the connectivity for University networks that recently lost the ability to connect. If you are still unable to connect please post here and let us know.

iTripFatKidz- Temple university Ps3 After update was the first time i got centipede error. Yesterday the problem was "fixed" but it came back.. This is ridiculous!

I go to Bard College, Annandale-on-Hudson and am experiencing repeated Baboon and centipede error codes even after the most recent patches.

Cal poly pomona. It was fine before the most recent hotfix but after I always get the centipede error (on ps4)

Edited by SoulEater: 10/8/2014 8:28:45 AMIt never got fixed at CSULA. I sent Bungie the school info, and talked to my school so they can talk to Bungie, but nobody did anything. I'm glad I returned the game weeks ago lol

University of Oklahoma, I didn't start having problems until 1 a.m. central sbungie tandard time. Since, I have tried everything that normally works (quitting, hard resetting my xbone, etc.). Just trying to log my issue. Also, at 1:30, after hard resetting, centipede switched to cattle.

4 RepliesHello. I am a student at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. I was not having any trouble with connecting to the Destiny servers since release until the latest patch was released today. I now get the Centipede error code. As you can probably guess, it is frustrating. Thanks for any and all help.

Here at Tennessee Tech University the patch brought up Centipede again but reading through forums it seems to only affect PS4 users

1 ReplyI am a student at Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania and I am experiencing this issue. It was a problem when I first got the game and they it seemed to be resolved. But once you released the new update this has been coming up again. Please try to fix it

So when will a patch come out where Bluefield College can play it? The patch didn't mess it up here as it never has worked since release.

Ohio northern University has regressed back to the centipede error after the 10/7 patch.

I'm at James Madison University and both of my roommates are able to play on the same network. I'm the only one getting centipede post patch.

Anything for University of South Florida? Baboon, centipede, elk, and now zebra have been showing up more frequently. before the patch, had rare problems, after patch i can not stay on for more than one game.
