[i]That being said[/i] however, I believe people should always adhere to a certain modicum of responsibility when it comes to criminal offenses. You wouldn't walk through the streets of Detroit at night counting fat stacks of 20s, nor would you open a bank account without implementing preventative security measures in place. I wish I could tell you that we live in a world where we could do that, but unfortunately we don't, and it's honestly nothing more than wishful thinking. If a woman/man gets r*ped, yes, it's 100% the perpetrator's fault. But sometimes we have to ask ourselves the nuance involved, and what precautions that could've been set up so that the situation potentially could've been avoided entirely.

The victim is never asking for it, anyone who says otherwise is an idiot. I won't attempt to understand the mind of a r@pist, but I would assume the more revealing the outfit, the more likely people are going to behave sexually around you. If you wear really right short shorts, the some people are going to stare at your ass, it's just how it works. However, some of the most modest girls I know find guys staring at them in the same manner. Just my two cents.

I mean even if a guy is dressed revealing a lot of skin does not mean he is asking for sex. There are always circumstances and reasoning, plus stupid social pressures on girls on how they should dress to seem attractive to guys, viceversa.

24 RepliesI think that everyone should dress appropriately for the occasion. If someone goes to a club or party to get drunk in skimpy, sexual clothes, that person should be ready to face the consequences of doing so.
