You aren't important
Your life means nothing. You will die, be forgotten and will never have mattered. Even the names which travel down history do not last forever - and you shall be no exception. You will not go to Heaven, you will not go to Hell. You will simply cease to be and nothing will ever have mattered or will matter in the future. You are worthless.

Even something as simple as helping a lady across the street will mean you've made someone happy. Just because you aren't recognized for your actions doesn't mean they never happened.
