Game performance simply isnt good enough. Even after finding 12 players it's taking 2-3 mins for games to start, black screens, other screens taking forever to change, stuck before flying in just sat in orbit floating, forced into staying in mm after the game because you can't leave, are the biggest ones but there's more. Loot, the loot is god awful, & manipulated/weighted. After 15 games I've gotten 11 armour pieces, every single one was arms, of this continues it's going to take 100 games to get the set - on 1 character, so potentially 300 for all 3 characters. Having the 1 gun drop nonstop too, is mindnumbing, alongside low tier portal guns I've deleted thousands of times already. I don't use hand cannons so essentially all gun drops are insta deletes. It's also all below power, so I'm failing to do any of the power grind whilst I'm doing all this, it's just bad design. Matchmaking, again feels manipulative, do well & win, then get punished by being given 5 players who shouldnt be in PvP, get destroyed so next game you get a win, repeat. My team's have sometimes been that bad I've topped the lobby & only gotten C grade. Crossplay is STILL a huge issue, PSN & Xbox have serious desync issues, that's on bungie who've ignored this for 4 years. It affects both sides equally but when every lobby has 10 PSN & 2 Xbox you can see the issue. Getting killed in 1 shot by a hip firing scout from 3yds away shows how broken it is, or casting my super & dying 3 secs later & then respawning still with my super, or the game ending & everything stops but there's still 4-5 PS4 guys on WiFi still running round for 10 secs because their incoming data is coming via dial up - shows who's got the issues here. Connection errors are high too, weasel, bat, kite, anteater, contacting servers every few games, not my internet I'm on business fibre. If it was true weasel I'd be booted from the game but it orbits me, or puts me back into the same game after a black screen. All in all, it's just another mode thats been neglected, not been tested, is heavily manipulated & weighted to push engagement time, from a company who's morals seemingly fell through the floor. Shocking bungie, shocking.
