Destiny 2 PvP meta just shifts from one Hunter ability spam to another
Title says it all, every season or major update is just Bungie nerfing the current Hunter ability spam while unnecessarily buffing another. Bungie, you can't help yourself, can you?

But the power grind is egregious so I’m going back to not playing this game for another 2-3 months Yeah it’s kinda crazy how much they can do it but it wasn’t terrible most of the time the same players can’t even shoot their primary

I’ve got a pretty solid workaround for this issue. Just suck. If you suck, then it doesn’t matter because everything kills you easily. No need to thank me. Now get in there and feel the balance of getting killed by everything, Guardian.

Its not just hunters, right now ALL classes have almost 100% up time. They will need to reduce the ability spam for all classes soon. Its ridiculous.
