After multiple tests I've figured that armor charges will not work on strand in two ways
1. If the player has 2 different weapons, one weapon with overload and the other weapon with either barrier or unstoppable the armor charge mods wont work. One weapon with unstoppable and one weapon with barrier will work though. It seems like its directly caused with the overload artifact mod since intrinsic overloads don't have the same problem.
2. If the player has on monochromatic maestro alongside if they have any champion properties their weapons, the armor charge mods wont work. It doesn't matter if its intrinsic or a artifact mod it wont work.
I should also mention that none of these problems happen on any of the other subclasses. I'm not sure if its the artifact mods that are doing it or its strand itself but its one of them. This was all done on my stand hunter, Hope it gets fixed cause its very annoying. Thank you for reading.
