WHY SMGS do more damage then auto rifles and have more range?

Because SMGs have always been favored in D2, a weapon that covers both close and mid ranges

Edited by eternal_napalm: 3/21/2023 10:21:20 AMIf a SMG is giving you trouble, run Arbalest and zap em at range when they run in. After dying twice to a 100 mobility + SMG who runs in, let them run directly into a linear fusion shot. It takes 2 deaths for them to become wary.

Yeah I used monte carlo and I was really disappointed at the range that auto rifle has. So many auto rifles just have no range
