They lowered it back to the value from a month ago, did some dumb temp nerf to dodge by increasing the cooldown for a month.

Yes but now that they have re lowered it my question is how different is t8 now vs t10 then it feels like there are bigger things to complain about than having to properly min max a character

My problem is it reduces my ability to solo content now as a hunter. 10mob was critical to surviving invis, so getting 100, 100 mob, res is problematic. So yes for pve it is a problem
