Iron Banner should receive the same treatment that Trials is getting
I think the incoming changes with the Trials vendor (and etc) is pretty good, but Bungo should do the same thing with the IB vendor. Remove the tokens and replace it with reputation by playing and earning Iron engrams that can be focused to weapons or armor of your choice

When I look at D1 and what Bungie did to D2 especially the base game. I can't help but think, who the hell is running the company. There are and have been so many stupid decisions made for D2 since the base game that I have lost count. Seriously, how hard is it to use what worked for D1 and apply it to this one or improve it going into this one? Bungie literally went backward from D1 with a lot of things. I'm not joking here that it amazes me that Bungie has had 14 years and they are still struggling with common sense. Correction, They are still fighting it for no real legit reason at all.

It's not a bad ideal but only if iron banner stays around permanently, just have the pinnacle bounties locked out except for 1week every month.

I'm assuming that's part of the plan and it would be great to get to the point where tokens are completely eliminated from the game. I suspect part of the reason Iron Banner is last is because the community has had the mentality that they should be able to dump a ton of tokens at the beginning of a season to get all the new loot right away. With a reputation system, you would not be able to do so, which will be received poorly by many people. I think it is smart to prove out the system first with other vendors, than implement for Iron Banner during the Witch Queen (hopefully).

Be nice if iron banner got reworked. Assuming everything perks and armour/ weapons have the same odds of dropping from an engram. You’re almost as likely to win a small fortune as you are to get your iron banner god rolled weapon

I think there are plans for IB to get a revamp, can't remember where I read it though. Definitely agree that a refresh would be nice & Focused IB engrams sounds like a win win situation

Put everything back in its box and behind a paywall and, maybe, maybe there is still a chance to save D2, even how slim!
