WTF!!!! New mission is 1270.
Why the hell would you make a new mission that less than half the players are high enough light to play? Are you serious bungie? 1270 for a mission that takes weeks to complete. This is bull shit if I've ever seen it. First the dawning bs. Now your bringing back guns that I already have but they won't be the new lol. And now this bs. Really bungie, get you act together this is beyond bull.

1 ReplyYou obviously are not even a casual player if you think people won't be 1270 hell anyone should be higher light it is easy even without being at pinnacle cap you can reach powerful cap which is 1250 and have a +30 to the artifact for a total of 1280 without much xp grinding. no lives would be much higher and with pinnacle power being max so 1300+ at this point you are complaining that you don't like to grind in a game that soul purpose is to grind. This is more of a you problem just get better at the game and you won't have this problem. The only thing you should be complaining about is if you get ddoss or if you get hacked because bungie won't do anything about it. I should know because bungie refuses to get my account secured and deactivate an account on my cross save that doesn't belong to me. Bungie can only make the grind so much easier to people until the community sees how boring the game is for being too easy.

I have a novel ideal. How about selecting a difficulty and then getting better rewards tied to said difficulty level.Like the harder it is the more Hawkmoons can gret aquired and special glow in the dark feathers. Bungie is staffing their D2 crew with what is almost a skeleton crew at this moment, and I think a pack of dogs got at this skeleton too.

After spending 2 days trying to solo it I must say this is one of the best missions bungies brought out so far and I’m 1273. All you have to do is take your time and use the right weapons.

3 RepliesThe mission will be available all year. If I remember right everything is staying for the entire year. So if you aren't high enough light by the end of the season just wait until they raise the cap

Look at the malfeasance mission. Facing champions and a hard solo boss fight is all that should be required. Some people are way past 1270 and still die quickly. Personally I'll still go for it. I survived a master lost sector I'll go for this as well.

Yeah, I gave up on it. Once I got to the darkness zone, it was over. I can't play it on my hunter, so I don't have any choice but to run it on my warlock.

It is the funnest mission/activity this whole season IMO, and doesn't need to be any easier. I found it to be less than a challenge compared to the Whisper or Outbreak missions, as this has no time limitations. If they made it easier, it wouldn't be as fun. It wasn't really that hard of a mission, especially considering you can switch weapons on the fly and not have locked equipment.

The season is almost over, most are near or past 1270 at this point. If not, the mission will be here until the end of season 15, so plenty of time to get high enough.
