Ah yes, let's make a boring 3 hour quest and make the gun mediocre because everyone has it. Sounds like more fun than screaming your head off because it's your 30th clear and you finally got it.

Yea because 1k voices was worth those 30 raid completions xD. Nvr felt more cheated than using 1k and realising I wasted my time on a mediocre exotic.

1k is [i]not[/i] mediocre. It’s easily one of the best weapons in the game.

Yes it is. Its got a decent burst damage but thats about it. It gets outclassed in every other aspect and not just by exotics but by legendaries too.

Because I’ve used, read about, and tested enough to know, in damage phases in just about every encounter and it consistently performs well. No one weapon is the clear cut best thing in EVERY scenario, but it’s consistent enough to use in most activities to great effect-provided you don’t kill yourself. I’m not really sure why you’re saying these things, but I suggest you pick it up and try it again. It’s nowhere near as bad as you think it is.

I dont have numbers. I am basing my opinions off of youtube videos and personal experience with the weapon. But lets be honest, its a raid weapon, very hard and time consuming to get which is barely used in any end game content. Try using it in a raid, your dps would not be nearly as good when compared with other top tier options like slugs/anarchy, lament, cloudstrike etc.

I [i]do[/i] use it in Raids. And in the encounters I know it’s effective in, which is most of them, I always out-damage the ocean of Lament users. I frequently do that with weapons people commonly write off as “bad”, because I try things myself before doing so. So I know what’s effective and what isn’t based on personal observation, rather than outdated information (excluding some Reddit posts).

None of the videos I watch are outdated. The gun is simply not top tier. Id put it somewhere between B and A tier but again its raid weapon that takes 30+ riven clears for most players to obtain. Its a cool weapon but its not worth the grind.

Well sorry mate. In my experience (and this may just be me) I care more about the journey than the goal, at least for loot. I'm just happy to have a hard endgame grind to do, even if the exotic is bad. Better than the Divinity quest.

It is mediocre. It barely out damages a legendary rocket due to having a - %50 damage reduction against bosses It's really only good for crucible and gambit
