2 weeks ago I got banned for apparently no reason, no explanation, no warning, just a permanent ban from the game. I really want to play Destiny 2 again, this game has been my only game since 2015. I had no intention of cheating and I would never consider cheating in this game. This is very frustrating because I've seen people in the crucible literally flying across map spamming heavy ammo on the first round of trials.
I would like to have an answer from Bungie but they won't respond my ban appeal :(
So If I can get a response for them it will be awesome, I really want to play this game again.

6 RepliesFirst, Bungie says on the appeal form they may not respond and they really don’t have to respond. Second, you can be punished without cheating. There are other things you can do that can get your account restricted or banned without cheating. You could have played in a ore-made fireteam with a cheater. You could have been running unsupported software that could be used to cheat or inject code into the game. Going with the latter, what other software were you running the last time you could play Destiny?

Loyalty. Time played. Content purchased. Gear earned. When you started. Intent. Threats. Begging. It is all irrelevant. They make the rules. We have to follow them. Break them and they penalize you. They've had this no tolerance policy since Day 1 of D1. It won't change anytime soon.
