irremovable wealth of the emperor buff
All of my characters have two stacks of the wealth of the emperor buff. I have a perfected chalice so I can not earn imperials to kill the buff. Was just one buff but once season of dawn started it became two stacks of the buff. Even earning a menagerie achievement that rewards imperials wont kill this permanent buff that I no longer need.
