What’s the best/funniest hate message you’ve gotten in an any video game?
For me I was playing gambit on the dreaming city map (forgot the name) and I got a team wipe invading. After that a hunter invaded our side and popped golden gun, I think I had like 10 or 11 motes so I didn’t want to die so I ran away. He fell off the map... About 20 minutes later he msgs me about how he’s mad at me because I didn’t let him get a revenge kill one me or something. Another time someone msged me after a match of CoD WW2 except they were sending me stuff in Japanese or some Asian language and idk what they were saying.

Oh I’ve gotten a bit. Usually in D****** I do either really good or really bad in the crucible. This was a time that I was doing [i]really[/i] well. So well in fact that when my internet crashed several players messaged me(using colorful language) how I was such a big cheater and hacked it so I wouldn’t die(I died multiple times) and then left before people could report me.

I managed to blow him up because I was in a Khanjali at the time (I still own it today! Fully upgraded). Then, when we managed to deliver the supplies, the tryhard sent multiple offensive messages at me, with one of the messages even saying 'Go shove that cannon up your a**'. I then had to respond to him by saying 'You are a sad, strange little man, and you have my pity.'

So this was a couple years ago so I'm paraphrasing. Anyway I was playing star wars battlefront (the Ea one) and there was this glitch that let you team kill by rocketing a speeder bike into them and jumping up before it hit them. Now this wouldn't be such an issue if the bikes couldn't K.O people like Darth Vader if they got hit. Anyway I was just playing like normal until this guy stole my hero power-up and decided to be Vader. I usually don't go after heroes to team kill but I was pissed considering this was the third time this match he was the hero. Needless to say five-ish minutes later I'm getting hate mail calling me all kinds of things that would be a big no-no on these forums. The only other hate mail I've received is when I was constantly sniping this Titan with nlb. The hate mail was along the lines of "you're trash for using that op weapon."

There was some guy on Warframe years ago who was mad at me for "stealing all his kills" and for some reason thought I was black (even though I told him repeatedly I wasn't). He then sperg'd the f*ck out and started hurling all kinds of racial epithets and threats at me. Some people have serious problems lol.

A random that had been on my team sent me "PTFO!" after we lost. I sent a message asking what it meant. "Play The F-ing Objective!" It was a first person shooter in a capture the flag type game mode. The only thing that contributed to score was flags captured, kills did not add any score. I was the only one on our team with flag captures and flag carries.

About how much of a douche it is to gang up... A few months later, we randomly got matched on the same team in 2v2, and I was still using the same “cheap” tactic. We won, and I got a message saying something like “lmao 👍”... I assume he thought it was funny that I never changed, or seeing his hate message from months ago, or a combination of both

I was around 10, playing Infection in Halo Reach. I'm not even that great at Halo Reach, but I kept Killing this one kid almost every round. After the match I got an angry message from him saying he had tracked me down already and was gonna kill me. At one point he said something like "u think im joking but im not. Ur dead kid. Itz ovr 4u" yeah he actually talked like that. I pretended to be a cop and wrote some official looking note back to him about his threats. It wasn't super convincing but I said a bunch of code words and told him I was sending a squad car his way. That shut him up

1 ReplyA while ago, I was playing a crucible match, just fooling around with a couple of friends. I was being a bit of an a-hole, shoulder charging everyone. Anyway, someone messaged me something in Spanish that seemed like the guy was really mad. I told one of my friends to put it into google translate, and it was along the lines of “you are an annoying pig that shifts around a lot.” Needless to say, we got a pretty big kick out of that.

I sucked so much booty that I think I broke a record for lowest KD ever in a match. Well apparently trying a high skill loadout is illegal because After that I get this from one of the randoms on my team: Teammate: Uninstall Me: What? Tm: You heard me. We lost because of how much you suck. Me: I was trying a new loadout chill dude Tm: nah ur just bad lmao Tm: admit it Tm: ignoring me because you know I'm right. just do everyone a favor and delete this game before you ruin anyone else's QP matches. Me: lol Imagine getting this butthurt over QUICKPLAY.

Fortnite: I was playing a game and some guy I killed sent me a message with the usual trash can **** ***** kinda of stuff. So I went into a house and started doing Take the L, T-bagging and the Laughing emote. This started a STREAM of endless hate it was the funniest thing in the world. After he finished I said [i]get good scrub. Thanks for the laugh.[/i] Which resulted in another stream of hate Got hatemail for deflecting a blade barrage in crucible with anteaus wards. It was the funniest crap ever.

In a Crucible game, this guy and I were sniping each other with Polaris Lance for the whole match. After, the other guy got triggered at me.

Playing Quickplay for fun and but there’s a stacked team of 6 and after we got utterly destroyed I got a hate message saying “nice loss teabagger” so I said “Hey we aren’t 30 living in a parents basements, so go back and humidify it with your sweat” and he never responded. Funny thing is I did better than all the people on the other team and they teabagged me every time I died and I never teabagged.

Not exsctly what you mean, but.. Me & my friend were playing Sea of Thieves. We were in Devil’s Shroud, where it’s generally a good idea for someone to stay on the ship. That job fell to me. So we stop at an island, flying an open Alliance flag, and my friend gets off to find the chest. This ship pulls up, and joins our alliance, amd since our ship was currently empty, we let our guard down. They, for whatever reason, decide to sink us. We didn’t really care to fight back, so I went down with the ship, with my friend on the island. We were kinda messing around, so he actually decided to stay on the island. The other ship—probably fearing retaliation from our bigger ship—left our alliance, and left the island. I, alone on our brigantine, headed not back to the island my friend was on, but our next objective. I got there, and found a rowboat. Since we were messing around I decided to take the rowboat back to the outpost, leaving our brigantine out in the middle of the ocean. I forget how, but my friend ended up dying on the island. As he respawns, he hears a voice. “We need to search this thing fast, someone could spawn on here at any second.” So my friend opens game chat and says; “Aye. I’m on the ship!” The other crew freaks out for a moment, before it became clear my friend wasn’t fighting back, but the little exchange between them was funny.

Actually not so long ago I was playing gambit prime and the guy I got 3 ace of spades kills on tells me I'm trash -blam-ing stupid n*g*r. He could have at least made it make since.

Got hatemail for using a shotgun. Fast forward 4 months. I met the girl who sent me the message and played with her and some friends for 3 hours. I was kicked out of the party and I sent a message asking for an invite when I saw the hate mail. We had a good laugh over it
