I broke the Sleeper Simulant quest and something else
I was away from the game for a year and came back recently, and I wanted a Sleeper Simulant, so I started a quest for it. I found out that I can't do a progress to access 15 Sleeper Nodes because my Echo Stems can't be stacked together to be a override frequency.
