Upvote to take out enhancement cores from infusion.
Topic body...let's raise our voices to end this....the fact that we have to use the little cores we have for infusion and we even barely get cores to begin with...either cores are made easy to acquire or removed from infusion......well this was bound to have an opposition faction.....Bungie it's about time you did something...can't you hear your people's humble cry...1800+ guardians and yet still bungie is doing the bird box challenge.

Im currently hoarding as many cores as I can for the upcoming power cap increase. Thing is, I don't think should have too do this. There are things I would like to masterwork but I don't feel like spending my cores on those items. I'm really dumbfounded bungie is taking such a hardline stance on this. They won't even say why which again, is a head scratcher. Something has to give.

5 RepliesI'd like to balance them by being able to collect more through more activities. No hand outs but balance output by giving 3 for scrapper bounties, 3-5 for each strike, 1 for PEs, 2-3 for heroic PEs, etc. It's a grind I'd be willing to pursue. Don't know how anyone could argue with this idea. Balancing is key. Look at how many weapon parts we accumulate, no one is griping there. If you put in many hours, all the materials collected should reflect what you put in. Right now, enhancement cores are unbalanced and leveling up your gear to keep them relevant shouldn't be a 2-3 hour standalone grind. It should be seamlessly blended into all that we grind already.

1 ReplyThe one thing we should be thankful for, they are not totally RNG based. If they were we would all still be trying to get enough for our very first infusion! I would not mind needing them for infusion IF there was a better way to get them other then buying 2 a day and the rare drop on dismantling. What I also want to know is why exotic dismantles never give you any cores?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!!!

I think it should be a mix of both. Reduce the enhancement core cost on infusions to one, and make them a little easier to acquire.

Don’t forget Anthem is open demo this weekend, anyone still sitting on the fence go download it and give a go , nothing to lose you might be surprised. Has to be better than playing a game grinding for cores instead of gear Either way I’ll spend anytime I can playing that , maybe if everyone stopped playing , then they would start to listen, Destiny just isn’t fun anymore . Time to walk away

In general it seems like too much is needed to upgrade. It's like 4 things and if you don't have those, you have to figure out how to get it... Forget that. Every time I think bungie might turn it around and make the game good, they mess it up again and again and again. You know, not everyone has hours and hours to play this game... It's tedious, very tedious.
