You know Bungie buffed the exotic drop rate right... no break needed.

I was getting an exotic drop twice a week up until the buff. Only had one forsaken exotic drop. Post buff havent seen one exotic.

I reckon it's not though, by removing the likelihood of getting duplicate exotics, I think that it had reduced the amount of exotics that drop, well that I'm getting anyway. Since the update I have had 1 piece of new armour and 2 duplicates and I grind destiny daily across all characters

No they didn't. Drop rate wasn't touched. Duplicate protection is nothing if they never drop

They didn't even do that right, because the past three drops I've gotten in the past 2 weeks have all been year 1 exotics. I love it so much when I put in 30-40 hours to get shit I already had.

They clearly said, duplicates can still happen. So they did do it right. Just rng isn't in your favour.
