Many YouTubers have been latching onto this idea due to the recent Bungie Bounty. However I feel like people may have got the wrong end of the stick. I believe Bungie are going to allow you to pick which ever weapons you want in both slots. So let's sad you want to use a Jade Rabbit and a Better Devils, you can. If you want to use a Graviton Lance and a Heroe's Burden, you can. If they were to reintroduce the primary, special and heavy system... Then they would have reduce the range and reliablility of a lot of the power weapons.
