Shoulder charge NEEDS TO BE NERFED BEFORE ROI
Some scrublords will say "shoulder charge is not OP " but that only because they want to keep their crutches and reign supreme.
Bungie, i implore you to nerf SC before or when ROI drops. the game must achieved balance.

Nope, first implement some better sound design into the game. PvE works fine in that regard but PvP is lacking. Do that see how things play out then start thinking about things like that. Seriously the first priorty should be getting the game to communicate the situation properly. Especially with it being on console where FoVs are small frame rates are as well and the controller input is slow. After that then think about game mechanics and then numbers.
