Do you get mad over a t-bag? Well...... DO YOU!?
Unfortunately, it would be a yes for the majority of you. But ask yourself.....
"Why do I get mad? It's a video game."
It's been around since Halo first released back in 2001. I t-bag whenever the opportunity presents itself upon me. But this last game I had during a Rift match made me realize it can bring out the stupidity in certain people.
After slamming the spark into the rift, dropping the Mercy Rule on this team of randoms, I decided to use "Fist of Havoc" on a boy camping the corner. After this result, I t-bagged, plain and simple. He was camping, lost, then received the pinnacle of trolling.
At the end-game menu, I received a certain message from the bottom player:
"Lol ur bad"
In turn, I sent back (under the PSN An0nYm0uSxJAMSK8):
*see link above, open in new tab*
"Really?"
From there on out, continued to threaten me with calling my local police and seeing me in court. The crime? T-BAGGING IN A VIDEO GAME! I nearly cried with laughter! He came up with excuses like "abuse over the internet" or that he was recording the whole thing! I gladly asked him to upload it so I could see it from his and my perspective! But, he continued to tell me I "abused" him over a game. How is this abuse? It's a form of trolling. Not abuse! I still can't figure out why he wants to take me to court. Even if he did, the judge would laugh us out of court, all while fist bumping me on my way out.
Don't let t-baggers and trollers ruin your game experience. They do it because they think it's funny, to get a reaction out of you, or to get you to play better (or worse). They'll even respect you if you come back and t-bag them in the end. I've done this and received "Good Game" messages because they know I got stomped on, but was a good sport about it.
Think before you act. If you get mad, offended, or in this case "ABUSED" over ANY form of trolling in gaming, then take your console, un-plug it from the wall and throw everything in the trash. Then proceed outside to find another hobby. No one has time for children crying about getting t-bagged when it's been here since the early 2000s. It's NOT going away anytime soon! So get with the times, or GTFO!
We have enough cry babies in this game. Either play and enjoy it, or get out. Plus, I'll be sure to post my entire, ongoing conversation with him on here, as well as a video on my channel! Even as I type this, I'm still conversing with this guy.......
Edit 1:
I've only had time to read a few comments. Keep this going because this is just too great! If you get easily offended in this game, or ANY game for that matter, go throw yourself in the trash and wait till someone cares. Also, to anyone saying I got trolled, this is obviously not the case. I looked up this kid and he has completely blocked me on all accounts (Bungie.net profile/PSN). He truly got offended by my t-bag when he was corner camping with a shotgun. It's only fair that he gets t-bagged.
A lot of you agree that t-bagging is only fair if someone is playing so bad they resort to camping, you get a dope kill, or have a LONG fight against other players and come out as the winner (a friend and I owned 3 guys in a trials match when our buddy lagged out at the start of the match).
It's a game. I paid well over $100 for the Ghost Edition when this first released. Then I got TTK. I don't get offended, neither should you.

I usually get t-bagged in 3v3 gametypes such as salvage and skirmish. I realize immediately that the teabagger wants a reaction from me. So I don't give one. I play exactly like there was never that moment where I was being teabagged and that is exactly what them teabagging guardians don't want. It's unexpected. That's always best I find.

3 RepliesI only get mad when they tea bag for a kill they didn't get

I... But... If I... Wait... What?

9 RepliesPlayers: "brah grow up and stop T bagging its offensive" Me: "I need to grow up?, you're the one getting offended by someone you dont know pressing B on a controller on a game which you play online"
-
3 RepliesI teabag camping snipers or people who think they can go afk in strikes i tbag you til you respawn

after reading this I will t bag every chance I get. I don't even care if you're on my team or killed by someone else

High fiving or using the baseball emote on an orb are better than t bagging but I usually only do that after winning a match When someone tbags me after a shitty kill I do make a point to kill and taunt them though
-
4 RepliesT-bagging is lame. I prefer to wave

One time I was playing rumble with a buddy and someone t bagged him right off the beginning. So after that we stuck kinda close to each other so we could both t bag him if we killed him. Was pretty funny. Never understood people who get so salty over a game. Get over it, laugh and get him back

Edited by Sigurd Fatima: 5/4/2016 10:09:12 PMYou know what t-bags get mad at? Undeserved ones lol. You just ran around a corner and shotgunned me in the face. Ok bro, you really did something there. Now if you snipe me and the guy next to me before we can take you down then you actually did something, but if you're that good you're probably moved past t-bagging lol.

Edited by Phreezer: 5/4/2016 10:08:09 PMI WILL T-BAG YOU ALL!!!!!! Well, if you don't kill me first that is. My K/D is pretty bad so it's highly likely that you'll either kill me first or one of your team mates will kill me so shortly after I kill you that I won't get the chance to Tbag.. but If I get the chance I shall TBAG all of you!

Long story short, I bagged someone from an elo farming team after winning (we were carrying). This dude gets so butt hurt that he looks at my Xbox profile and sees that we both live in Cali, and tells me he wants to meet up in real life. Says I'm "tough in the crucible..... The crucible." Do people really get butt hurt enough about a simple gesture that you need to meet in real life to assert your "dominance?"
grow some balls people
1 ReplyI'd use Slow Clap instead...
IF I HAD IT
I love bagging people who I didn't even kill. It gets people so mad.
-
The nope emote is great
-
That's what you get for bagging. It's a total douche move when you can be way classier and shoot em a wave. The subtlety of the wave is a nice touch
-
1 ReplyYou going to jail.... Where real t-baggin happens
-
I don't get mad, but I will: Slow Clap/Applaud/Facepalm after EVERY SINGLE ONE of your deaths, whether it be by my hands or not. Because why not? :) I do get slightly annoyed, when you tbag me when you had nothing to do with my kill. Like really? You didn't even touch me, your teammate did all the work ._.

Uggh a TL;DR post about a t-bag http://s31.photobucket.com/user/Shadowrayven/media/55f.gif.html

Listen, one comment won't be the end of t-bagging... For centuries, man has practiced the art of plopping is testicular muscles on his fellow man's face in a display of humiliation, and dominance.

4 RepliesI try to adhere to the gentleman a guide to t bagging. Only bag somebody who bagged you.
-
3 RepliesSo you shouldn't get mad over a tea bag because it's a game ? However you tea bag someone because ? What reaction are you trying to garner what excitement does it give you ? You can't tell people to grow up about being tea bagged when the very act of doing so is not only very dated but very immature at its nature. You know pot , kettle, all that stuff.
