Unlinking Xbox 1 and PS4
My son is old enough that I created his own id using his own email on our new Xbox1 and PS4. He had the Destiny Taken King game on the Xbox1. I bought a copy for myself on the PS4. When it was loaded and I started it, the game pulled his Xbox1 character up on the PS4. Anyone know how that happened? We have different email addresses, different gamer tags and different profiles on both machines.

12 RepliesCharacters are attached to your Xbox Live or PSN ID. If a character is available on an account, it is because someone has played Destiny on that account, and previously created that character. Transfer of characters between Xbox and PSN accounts is not possible.
