People are legitimately complaining about warlocks?

Let me get this correct. You're whining about [i]warlocks.[/i] The class that doesn't get whined at and is even. Because what, it has damage resistance a super is supposed to and it killed you? Because you usually whine but they already nerfed Sunbreaker? I don't get it. Someone genuinely please explain this to me; I'm dumbfounded.

  • The only issue I have with warlocks ( I'm just throwing this out there to see if it has happened to anybody, it could possibly be because of somebody cheating or really horrible lag) is that the chaining ability from across the map. I've been killed from across the map by a stormcaller with the arc web chain ability. I was no where near any of my allies the few times it has happened to me.

      • Stormcallers are far from the best subclass. During super, you're slow and usually exposed. Blink helps, but snipers still usually end my super. I'm more afraid of bladedancer's than Stormcallers. Stormcallers can't regenerate health like bladedancers. I'm not saying nerf bladedancers.

        • Landfall and super time is a bit annoying, but I hope it doesn't get nerfed. Rather than make slight adjustments to make something more balanced bungie tends to nerf things into the ground. I'd rather have something be a little op than be useless

          • Hell when titans got nerf you should have seen it coming . I don't bitch about anything because its childish ( like most of the people who play this game ) . Just wish you warlocks don't get nerfed .

          • The only problem I have is how long Transcendence lasts. I get it, you have to have your grenade and melee charged but its not hard to wait a minute at most for either/both to recharge. If the grenade and melee charge had to be held onto for 2-3 minutes, then its a valid defense. But waiting a minute at most to get a 28 second super is not hard at all. Otherwise, Warlocks are fine. They have advantages like an extended melee range and disadvantages like a shitty jump lol.

          • I just hate how these PvP nerfs will lead to nerfs in PvE. Wish there was a way to keep them separate.

          • OP grenades, melee range/overshield, stormtrance duration. Same goes for Sunbreaker's super duration. They nerfed Bladedance into uselessness, and made the Achlyophage Symbiote worthless.

              • The only problems I have with warlocks are sunsingers op firebolts (range) and melee (flame shield on melee hit, range)

              • Well, let me explain to you a thing my friend. Stormcaller is what is really getting the flak, but ppl just generalize it as all warlocks. Pre-Titan update, the main way to counter storm trance is Hammer of Sol. After being overly nerfed, Hammer can barley compete the way it did. The big issue is that although the abilities are not too OP, they are too many good nodes active at the same time. Let's list these traits down: - Long lasting super - Fastest gained super - Chain lightning damage - Longest melee range These traits don't seem too OP, until you realize that they are all going on at the same time. It's the combination that is OP. - And the most important, [b]LANDFALL[/b] Landfall is a mini fist of havoc in its own right. Although it has a small range, it can either kill you or if you are a little too far, blind you. Plus, it can pop a Ward of Dawn. So being able to do all that work and then having a full super to work with, that's OP, especially since that all happens with some of those other abilities I mentioned before. And quick thing, ppl complained about stormcaller back when they complained about Sunbreaker. They only difference between then and now is that Sunbreaker was nerfed to the point where some Titans won't even use it. So, with one issue out of the way, ppl are on to the next one.

                I think the stormcaller super lasts too long. I've been killed by stormcaller, waited to respawn and killed by the same person and super on spawn multiple times.

              • I think Stormcallers are alright at the moment but I want damage resistance lowered a bit. I main a warlock and it annoys me that I can't kill someone using the same thing as me, even if I shotgun and melee.

              • They reason is it last forever the melee is long range but it always has now just more but omfg the transcendent perk is to long makes it the longest super ever and it doesn't waste any super energy by holding down the attack button imagine if blade dancer had transcendent you would be mad.
