The 1,000 Yard solution
Reason I say this is that some people as you will see like to use a sniper the entire game. These weapons are called SPECIAL for a reason. They're not called primary's for the same reason.

I only snipe when I get the chance, and my chances are low. And why I have a 1000 yard stare? Boss clearance.

They're called special because you don't get a lot of ammo to use and you can only use them in special times. Not because you're not meant to use them as long as you have ammo.

13 RepliesTake a year 1 sniper out for 10/20 matches, post the results. Take a year 2 sniper out for 10/20 matches, post the results. I'm not doing it, I'm not a good enough sniper, but my thoughts would be that y2 would be much easier to use. But what do I know, I suck at pvp these days! Lol

I think that spawning without special isn't a bad idea. Have the same 30 second timer on trials that is usually there... Just start with none. That said... Distance sniping isn't an issue for me... It is the way that it is possible to smile someone so close to you that is the problem. There should be some way of limiting the damage to long range only.

I use whatever depending on the map I would like to use fusion rifles more but can't seem to figure them out. I do use my iron banner sidearm quite a bit and enjoy killing shotgunner switch it

1 ReplyNews flash, sniping is difficult! You can want snipers (specifically 1000 yard stare) nerfed all you want but a good sniper will still snipe you 2 seconds after you run around a corner regardless of how high the aim assist is.
