Should Stormcallers be nerfed?

Warlocks, only stormcaller, have to be nerfed in my opinion. Their melee, the Thunder Strike, is like their super only just a tad weaker. It can reach me from very far away, despite just being a melee. Also, storm callers super has a MASSIVE chaining ability. The chaining is okay, but I believe it should be just a little less drastic. The storm grenade is also very OP, as it covers a lot of land and does a lot of damage. This is just by personal opinion, however.

  • Stormcallers can be annoying, but not thay much, seeing as though they're squisher than a sunbreaker.

  • Leave the class as is. It's powerful but easily shut down. The melee range is a perk so you give up other perks to use it so for that reason it's fine as is.

  • Only Transcendence needs a reduction if that. Storm trance is a pretty bad pvp super honestly. Low range Low mobility Easy target Average damage resistance Lightning attacks take a while to kill. Golden gun, Hammer of Sol, Nova bomb, Fist of Havoc, Arc Blade(?), Ward of Dawn with armor of light and a shot gun all beat it easily.

  • What's there armor at during a super. Because they live through 3 telesto shots. A sunbreaker dies in 2 if he doesn't regen health with a kill.

      They need a buff, they can be easily kill. Yes the melee is good but is just a perk. Everything else like the chaining and grenade are fine.

      • Dude, storm caller can be killed by damn near anything. Rocket launcher, sniper, shotgun. Hell, I've been taken out by a damned zhalo before. I did once survive a stuck on fusion grenade, but the guy shot me after and I died. I honestly wish stormcaller had the over shield, health regen, or increased armor misinformed people claimed it has. In closing, I'll make the same statement I've responded with in similar threads: In a tight, enclosed area a stormcaller can wreck your entire team before anyone has a chance to react. However, if a stormcaller is roaming around an opening area looking for folks to kill, he's about as dangerous an attack goldfish.

          • I have taken out a good amount of storm callers mid super and could count the number of times I have been killed by thunderstrike on my hands. It's a good subclass, but not overpowered

          • Stromtrance is fine. Moderate armor buff and no health regen for a CQC monster. Fair deal.

          • The storm gernade is just another grenade just a little easier to use, an incendiary nade put under someone is a 1 tap dead, same with scatter grenades. Most grenades even. Storm nade is fine just easier to use, adjust playstyle for it. As for the melee, eh its fine we dont gain health from it, just shotgun or fusion them back. Stormtrance with transcendence sure slight time reduction but it does perfectly fine, we have to put ourselves in your face just like BD without health regen...again. So nah all classes are fine, just readjust playstyle accordingly. :-)

              They're very powerful all around...unlike sunbreakers who just have a crazy good super. Stormcallers have landfall on activation and then a mobile short range super with super fast blink. And that's just the super. Like you said, the melee is insane and the grenade is really powerful too. They're not broken or unstoppable, but they are a little too strong in the right hands. Not sure how Bungie would address anything though
