Should Stormcallers be nerfed?
Warlocks, only stormcaller, have to be nerfed in my opinion.
Their melee, the Thunder Strike, is like their super only just a tad weaker. It can reach me from very far away, despite just being a melee. Also, storm callers super has a MASSIVE chaining ability. The chaining is okay, but I believe it should be just a little less drastic. The storm grenade is also very OP, as it covers a lot of land and does a lot of damage.
This is just by personal opinion, however.

1 ReplyA stormcaller can easily be brought down by one guy, every super in the game is easy to counter except the Titan sun breaker, there oversheilds need a team of 3 or more with constant fire to even scratch, the hammers are fine, the oversheilds make it bullshit.

i've been killed in 1 hit by the lightning grenade a few times once was definitely because of arc webs somehow bounced off of me and hit me again with no one else being hit by the grenade when i was in storm trance i've only been killed twice once was because i rushed into C after a 2 kill streak with stormtrance and there was 4 people in there but i still took 2 of them down with me after i died the 2nd time i died was because a hunter went invisible on A i went in the rest of his team ran away he shot me in the back and melee hit me i turned n killed him then another guy with hawksaw finished me off

I am terrible with that grenade in PVP. Love it in PVE tho. I think it's a pretty balanced class tho. Super easily to kill while they are supered. Either hit them from afar or if you're misfortunate enough to be next to them try to shotgun them really quick. The melee would be op but it isn't very strong. Plus hunters have throwing knives so I don't see why it's crazy we can shoot lighting for our melee.

10 RepliesActually, the melee is terrible at damage dealing. It trades out damage for the extra range. It's great for taking low health enemies trying to escape. Not so much for trying to kill high health enemies coming at you. And then why are you grouping so hard with teammates? You're literally playing into the Stormcaller's hand by doing that. Grouping up but keeping some distance is the easiest way to take out a Stormcaller. They have no health regen so go down very quickly under team fire.

Storm grenade is only powerful if arc web is on and three plus people are clumped together. Outside of that the damage is negligible.

1 ReplyNo. Maybe a warning first like with HoS. If you hear the "clink" you start running. Maybe a lightning strike just beforehand to instill some deserved respect.
