Warlocks, only stormcaller, have to be nerfed in my opinion.
Their melee, the Thunder Strike, is like their super only just a tad weaker. It can reach me from very far away, despite just being a melee. Also, storm callers super has a MASSIVE chaining ability. The chaining is okay, but I believe it should be just a little less drastic. The storm grenade is also very OP, as it covers a lot of land and does a lot of damage.
This is just by personal opinion, however.

3 RepliesWhen does nerf this nerf that crap finally end ?
-
Nah you have no health buff and you have to save nades and melee to get the long super. Plus the melee range is so Kong because they are the slowest class.
-
Only thing that annoys me about it is the amount of time it takes to deplete its super energy, same for sunbreaker and quiver Nightstalkers.

16 RepliesStriker: Perk/armor that allows for two Havocs but smaller and less damage. Add time for roaming Defender: Things all good hear as far as I'm concerned Sun breaker: Reduce movement speed by 2.5% Reduce roaming time from 26 seconds to 20 Arrange perks so you can either increase super time back to 26 secs OR regen health Gunslinger: Increase roam time by 5 seconds Damage buff by 2.5% Bladedancer: Increase speed by 2.5% Fix so hits are immediately registered Nightstalker: Tethers grab immediately Quiver perk does not tether Voidwalker: Perk that works like quiver giving 3 much smaller nova bombs with roam time. Sunsinger Increase/allow window to self res. Stormcaller Reduce time by 5 secs Allow all d-pad options customizable with emotes and consumables (ammo synth, glimmer increases etc) Give "useless" exotics better perks. Ask yourself is this weapon/armor SO POWERFUL/GAME BREAKING that I cannot equip more than one? Ex: Bones of Eao, Lucky Raspberry, Don't Touch me, Skyburners Annex....game breaking?
-
Yes, nerf those dirty Warlocks back into the stone age.
-
1 ReplyDoes NO ONE stop to think about PVE situations? All these nerf complaints all seemed to have tunnel vision for PVP.
-
It has crazy range
-
3 RepliesEdited by Swiftlock: 12/1/2015 1:10:56 AMSo not only does Stormcaller have no defense/health-boosting traits in their neutral game, but you want to nerf their super + grenades + melee. No mercy for PvE players, I guess.
-
The only problem I have is the super op melee. Other than that there is really nothing wrong
-
Pretty easy to kill a storm caller already. I've sniped quite a few before they got to me and I'm absolute garbage in PvP.
-
Edited by WeaponizedSoup: 12/1/2015 12:12:46 AMI'm just gonaa throw out that the more you chain your super will go down mad fast. Just so you're aware.
-
Buff for all.
-
4 RepliesYep. Storm caller nerf Blade dancer buff Sunbreaker buff Defender buff Gunslinger nerf Night stalker nerf Striker buff Sunsinger nerf Void walker buff
-
I do main a Warlock and yes I do agree that some aspects of the Warlock are a little op but in my opinion probably the most balanced class.
-
Buffed, not nerfed.
-
Muted
-
Stormcaller is the most balanced super in the game. We deal a good amount of damage but are easy to kill.
-
as a warlock stormcaller is the most annoying to deal with and it's the most viable pvp warlock subclass imo
but i will always walk with the void
-
While the neutral game on a warlock stormcaller might be strong, it's not op. This is true with all warlock subclasses. The neutral game is strong and the supers are viable. They're abilitys aren't game breaking. You just have to be aware of how to deal with each subclass.
-
I just hate the Arc effect on your screen when you get hit by ANY arc based attack (Grenades, supers, melees). It's pretty damn annoying but that's with all Arc subclasses.
-
Well someone called it and props to you, you can see the future my good sir
-
1 ReplyI think the supers of Stormcaller and Sunbreaker are fine. They just need to reduce the armor those supers have, make them a little easier to kill.
-
1 ReplyNo more nerfs because of PvP! PvP should have PvP-only weapons and armor that is separate from anything in the game and which cannot be used in PvE. All PvE armor and weapons and supers should be banned from PvP (only keep supers in the Mayhem playlist). That way PvE players won't have to suffer nerfs because of PvP whiners.

Stormcaller worst class? x

3 RepliesEdited by Ghostfire239: 11/30/2015 7:51:59 PMNah Stormcaller are fine. They're pretty easy to kill. But I will be honest I don't really know how things went down at Bungie studios with the Thunderstrike melee. (At Bungie studios) Bungie game developer : "Hmmm. Warlocks have pretty long ranged melees...Let give them more range! Another Bungie game developer: "GREAT IDEA!! And lets have a perk that extends the range even MORE!!! Lol. I was really salty about it before TTK launched but now I'm fine with it. I DO miss the Hunter and Warlock rivalry though. It seemed to have disappeared after TTK launched.

The chain is only massive because of a particular perk that makes it massive. Otherwise I'd say it's fine. Granted, I main warlock so I'm a tad biased.
