Warlocks have the the absolute WORST jump. That is a fact, not an opinion.
It's like they made a retarded Titan jump.
It's so -blam!-ing bad it hurts to play Warlock.
Now I understand why most blinkers are Warlocks.
Edit: I don't care about its usefulness for PvP. I rarely play PvP.
Edit 2: big whoop that it's the best for falling. If you die falling with a Hunter/Titan you're just bad.

Hunter jump so bad they needed an exotic

1 ReplyThe fact that many times in the crucible I'll be like "haha I've got you now silly warlock" only for them to jump and vanish then I suddenly die...turns out they simply hover above me the whole time while I desperately spin around with my shotgun wondering where in the world did that warlock go. P.S. - Titans can do the same thing.
-
The glide made Icarus a viable perk. That's why it's a common for fusions

Saying something is the worst is an expression of opinion, in an abstract construct such as a videogame there is no such thing as worst or best. It is impossible to prove otherwise because someone will always favor the warlock jump. All you can say is that you think the warlock jump is the worst, which has zero impact on what others favor. So, I just proved its not a fact and by extension it is not the worst. In my opinion I like warlock better than Titan jump. So I am going to be the one who disproves your statement.
-
Prove to me it IS the worst. Better yet, don't. There's no way I can PROVE anything to you, you have your own opinion and some random person on the forums isn't gonna change that.

1 ReplyReally good for prolonged aerial combat.

4 RepliesIn vault a glass there is a jump I can only make on my warlock cause the diatance
-
I love glide.
-
Hunter jump is the worst.
-
That's why i use the perk that increases the speed of glide
-
+1. I main a Warlock.
Glide is stupid.
-
The vault of glass jump puzzle can be cleared in one jump with little effort of positioning. If timed right you can jump and fire 3 ghallarhorn rockets before ever hitting the ground maybe even 4 with perks. All made possible with the warlock "jump".
-
Focused Burst is pretty good, but Glide as a whole is the worst mobility ability.
-
Warlocks have blink and they can hover in mid-air.
Angel of Light perk for the win
-
Because warlocks can't wear Bones BOOM mind blown
-
Now I understand why most blinkers are Warlocks.
You must not play pvp
-
Proof: They have blink. More proof: Titan jump is the worst. Argument over.

Edited by DIZZY312: 8/1/2015 9:12:55 PMYou can go farther than Titans...Titans go higher but warlocks got farther Plus you get more height than hunters ( without bones of eao) Maybe you just aren't as good as you think you are if you can't master all 3 class jumps
-
You sound like a xbox player,jusst....no don't be that guy.
-
Edited by loonaislife: 8/1/2015 9:08:05 PMTo everyone saying it's not as high as the titans ... Of course its not! Warlocks have a glide its not supposed to be as high as a lift

As a warlock main it does suck but i find that because of the recovery Stat on warlocks you can jump in the air and get your health back. Also blink.
-
You need to practice with it
-
2 RepliesIts all about perspective. What ever you main is probably what you consider the best jump. I main hunter and I think hunters have the best jump. Then titan and in last warlock.

1 ReplyEdited by Happyjoey547014: 8/1/2015 7:21:16 PMTitans can easily die from falls. Their jump doesn't stop the fall instantly like hunter and warlock and the impact from a high enough fall will still kill you after hitting the jump. On topic, can't do it. I hate gluide. It offers almost no forgiveness when you miss time a jump or fall off a ledge.

Here I think all jumps are fine. I use focused burst for pve and pvp on sunsinger and focused burst or blink for pvp on voidwalker depending on situation.
