If you use the truth to take down crota, you're booted.
As simple as that. The raid has been out long enough for you to acquire gjallahorn or hunger of crota. No reason to be using such an outdated launcher.

This is likely a troll post, but it doesn't matter how long a raid has been out. Random loot is always random. Somebody could play for years and not get a Gjallarhorn as a drop.

I use the cure with tracking and one shell has yet to fail me in hard mode don't see any logic to this other than your one of those whiny hunger or gally only types

Yeah I have been here since day 1 and don't have G-horn, so assuming you should have dropped one from the raid is a pretty ridiculous thought.

1 ReplyWell, go figure...if anyone was standing there yelling insulting and harmful things about his raid that were things that were common knowledge to the community...I'd boot him as well...Of course, people using "Truth" to take him out? Sure, sounds good. Aggressive tracking? Gjallarhorn, go to bed, your tracking is nuthing on the Truth. Truth doesn't need velocity, it's like Liam Neeson, it will find you, and it will kill you. Plus, Tracking>no tracking>nothing at all...yeah, that's how it works.

The way Truth and Gjally track is so different that they often collide midair.thats the only issue and it's a big one, but, if someone is using a Truth have them shoot from a different spot. Problem solved. Truth has more impact and the huge blast radius keeps his head in the splash damage, what Gj does is maintain damage for a little bit longer. You can generally change weapons and shoot before HoC or Gj explode the second time. You might have to pick up slack, but there is plenty of time. You should learn to be more strategic and grow a pair instead of booting people unnecessarily.

The tracking on that thing is beast, plus it does void damage, and it has a 3 round magazine. If it wasn't for the precious wolfpack perk, no-one would give a rats ass about Gjallarhorn. Trust me, I have two of them. Also, I think from now on, if I ever see anyone wearing that god awful shader you have equiped on your warlock, I'm going to insta-boot them from my fireteam. There is absolutely no reason to go out in public looking like a used tampon. edit - also, if you have to have two or more characters of the same class to get one of them to 32 I'm going to boot you as well.
