Got it a few days ago. Really like the emblem she gives you for hitting 4. Haven't seen many with it. I'm still doing her bounties. Easy way to upgrade weapons/armor.

Been there about a week now. My second character is almost there too. I did the double bounty thing 3 times. Twice to make up for the 2 days I missed while Psn was down and once because I was still awake at at 4 and figured I may as well.
