I really appreciate all that you (at bungie) have done with this patch to show that you are listening to players but also trying to maintain long term economy. While there is a lot of negativity in this thread I think the change for the LAST LEVEL ONLY upgrade for exotics is reasonable and makes it feel like you have really earned that final perk. Many people have quite a few coins saved up by this point and most of the exotics so I think this was a reasonable way to keep Xur relevant in the exotic process (and keep the coins flowing) even when he does not sell something you currently desire. The improved resources rewards are great and I cannot wait to get on and make Thorn my main like I have always wanted (I love the design and feel). Do not let the continuous complainers discourage you from making excellent improvements like this, every time one of these big patches rolls out my excitement for this game redoubles. Keep up the good work!
