You probably don't even know who CD Projekt is. Let me ask you what company gives you a discount just because you have their previous games...you get a 10% discount on The Witcher 3 if you have the previous two anywhere...you can literally get both the witcher and 2 for less than 20% off the preorder of the witcher...not only that it's entirely DRM free meaning if i wanted to, i could give my copy to 10 people without issue, if i wanted.
Not only that most shit that you get in preordering a limited edition you get for just preordering the game itself, not limited edition.
Not to mention the company itself owns GOG.com and works to provide older gamers with those games they love available on their windows 7 and later platforms...games that couldn't run on windows XP, windows vista, or 7 now do and you can purchase them for dirt cheap, not to mention the sales that are almost on par with steam sales. Oh and ALL of GOG.com is entirely DRM free and most games come with bonuses, not much bonus but they didn't need to even incorporate that shit into their stuff...but they do.
Now, tell me again how they don't go above and beyond for their consumer? Personally not even a fan of their games, i like them but to me they aren't the best, i have others i like more. But there is no denying what they as a company do for the community.

*sigh* Yes, they do take our cash, however there is a different format. They don't release games with game breaking glitches and issues that run on. GOG.com is built around the principle of DRM free. You pay, you get to do with it what you want. No steam client, no origin, no Ubicashcow...just the game...and if it needs a CD Key, you get a CD Key...you can install this on as many computers as you want...you can GIVE your copy to other people... Not only that but old gamers go there a lot because of games like...Reb Baron...something you couldn't play on windows vista or 7 due to compatibility breaking the game...they make it so not only can you buy a digital copy really cheap to support the developers (not cd projekt but the company who made it) but also optimized to run on windows 7 and such...without errors that make it so you can't even play the thing. As i said before...the DLC i don't care about but that's most likely a pun on people like Bungie...and mainly activision that make a game...take shit out and make you pay for it in DLC. it isn't meant to be taken seriously. So if by tricking you mean the devs actually deliver what they SAY they will deliver...yes...you are right they are tricking me.
