Public Announcement for All Non-Titan Players...
Being a dedicated Defender Titan, let me tell you... DON'T ENTER INTO OUR DISCO BUBBLES!
You've been warned!
If you see me in my Ward of Dawn... WITH my Mohawk helmet (Saint-14)... I strongly suggest you resist the urge to want and TRY to use your OP/Broken Shottie on me, even if I'm dancing right in front of you all the while capping your flag.
You should just stand there and wait it out... oh, no don't do that, because I may just pop out real quick and stick my magnetic nade to your face. On a second thought, just run away... just... run... away!
I only posted this, because my teammates and I have been amazed at how many players continue to try over, and over again to want to try their luck. As if the 5 other times I beat them down was a fluke. Now, I understand some players might have thought I was using a blessing of light Bubble, and maybe can see why they would try their luck. But after the first, maybe even the second try and getting smacked down while being blinded... it should be...yeah... "he is one of 'those' Titans", and then just stop trying.
Tip, the only things that can crash my dance party is a Titan-Striker or Warlock using their "Hurricane Katrina" Nova Bomb on my Bubble!
btw, this is all just friendly banter directed at other class players... especially you home wrecker Warlocks! ;-)

26 RepliesThe bubble. A Titan's home away from home. A place where they keep the world at bay. Here we can see a wild Titan roaming his territory. Satisfied that all is well he projects a shield bubble and proceeds to sit down and relax inside of it, perhaps even examine the many spoils of battle he has accumulated. From on top of a hill a Warlock appears. She spies the Titan's bubble and looks upon it as if a challenge has been issued. Not normally enemies out in the wild the Titan and the Warlock none the less share a penchant for destruction. The Warlock causally approaches. The Titan sees the Warlock. The Warlock cocks her head and winks at him playfully. The Titan knows what's coming next. His mouth utters the words, "Don't you dare." But alas before he can finish the sentence his bubble lays ruined around him, victim of the Nova Bomb just unleashed upon it. The Warlock gracefully glides back down to ground and blows imaginary dust from her hand. The Titan approaches furiously. [u]Titan:[/u] "How dare you!?" [u]Warlock: [/u]"Was pretty magnificent wasn't it? [u]Titan:[/u] "It was magical." [u]Warlock:[/u] "You're magical." [u]Titan:[/u] "I love turtles." [u]Warlock:[/u] "So do I. Kiss me already you fool!" They embrace passionately. From out of nowhere a Hunter uncloaks and Bladedances both of them into the void. [u]Hunter:[/u] "Filthy buggers. This is the Crucible for god's sake." The Hunter get's sniped from behind by a fellow Hunter and so the circle of life in the Crucible continues.

had to post this today.... got me a 5 kill today on the earth map in iron banner... they were capturing B... in the ruins... one peeked out.. fell prey to my LMG....... the others hid as they seen me comming charging thier dome... up into the air i flew.. hovering high above them.... i watched them change to shotguns and fusion rifles... death from above i did.. flying down at blistering speed.. THROUGH their bubble.. and killing them all in a glorious blast of arc energy. i had 6 such delightfull bubble bursts today... non this meaty though.. but they learned.. when i fly high.. RUN FROM THE BUBBLE.

I then wave back , pop golden gun, 2 shots, your bubble is down, 3rd shot is just for you :) Edit: normally have the explosion perk active as well, even better when your teammates are hanging out with you :)

I have now seen every class and sub class complained about as being OP and UP simultaneously. Edit: Not actually saying you're complaining. But sounds like you're enjoying it and find Defender effective. Also, I notice you mention Warlocks, I assume you mean Void Walkers, I imagine Sun Singers don't give you much trouble

Ive actually melee killed a titan while blinded. The other 2 defenders got me though. 3 bubbles on one flag...ouchtown population me bro.

I haven't died the past 3/4 times against a bubbleshielder. I will admit to using a shotgun though.

No worries. Ill ride my warlocks nova bomb activation jump right into that bubble and lay some so much purple disco on your bell bottom wearing, dancing and jiving titan that the party will be so awesome your bubble will pop. Lol. Nice post dude.

Titan Strikers don't even need supers, I just run directly into bubbles and gunfire to hyper knee people in the face. talk about a one shot! I save my super to rob people of their golden gun before they get a shot off.

1 ReplyI love the beautiful feeling of flying across the battle field and punching the floor.... Huge shock to the ground and the ripples that travel on the floor.... Bam you're dead. But now..... I am caught up in being a man of many bubbles... Bubbles that give you armour... Bubbles that give you damage boost... Bubbles that ruin the lives of my enemies. This goes out to any and all bubble makers in the world. I salute you! Sincerely, A man with defender OCD.
