Question about Exotic bounties
Are they completely random or are they set milestone events? And if they're set events for completing bounties, how many would you need to complete?
Kinda want to know since I'm hunting for the Thorn exotic handgun ^_^ The DoT seems like a sunsinger warlocks wet dream~

1 ReplyFrom what I've collected you need to turn in a mass of Vanguard Bounties. Crucible don't seem to work. I turned 8 Vanguard one night to receive my exotic bounty.

Keep doing bounties, i just hand in 3 bounties together and received my fourth exotic bounty. 4 in 6 days

1 ReplyWhat you need to do is turn in 5 bounties at the same time. Its the most likely chance you will get one. After turning in multiple bounties (the quantity is just an "X" or variable) you get the possibility to obtain the selection of 3 random bounties. The reason i say 5 is because it gives you more possibilities to earn one. (5x"X"=4 possibilities) The bounty for Thorn is the one that will start you off saying something about a curse and will lead you to the summoning pits strike at any difficulty.
