It will still be a good game but I used to think it was a game changer but now with lack of content in months just seems like they are lacking originality

Not me. I'm pumped up for this game like a lot. I just have a bit of time to play when wife and kid are sorted out so I tend to stick to one game at a time. A game that allows me to do some clan match fps and explore and do co-op and keep doing it for a long time with a character that slowly builds up.. its like a dream come true to me. Also, co-op and that footage they showed reminds me of Resistance 2 co-op, I had sooooo much fun in that game.

1 ReplyAre you hyped for the Super Bowl 9 months in advanced? No. As the game gets closer it's hype will build back up.
-
1 ReplyI was never hyped for the game to start with ... still not hyped.
-
1 ReplyI lost it a long time ago, when gameplay first started appearing. Doesn't seem to be anything really that special from what I've seen.

1 ReplyEdited by DEZARATH: 12/8/2013 1:52:52 AMThe loss of flying our ships sorta knocked me out of really caring like I did in February. Actually it sucks, but I'm no longer hyped so late 2014, 2015, whatever... it's sorta nice to be liberated from the tick tock of the clock.

2 Repliesnop, lost mine too,.. and with more announcments the more i lose it. - not flying your ship where you want to? - bad - no thrid person when You want to? - bad - only three very generic "classes" in a time where more and more games looses the diea of classes and go for skills and equipment defining you Chraakcter? - bad - having to see other players running around and not playing in MY world? -bad more and more i come to the conclusion that it might end up like Helgate London and Brink..

1 ReplyIt always perplexes me when I see people say that destiny lacks originality or that it looks generic. It radically different from all the shooters out there.

1 ReplyAfter ODST, my hype has been permanently turned off regardless of what game it is. Destiny has yet to show anything unique to draw me in yet. I am hoping its lore would be comparable to Halo's book lore.

1 ReplyEdited by Lancifer: 12/8/2013 6:30:34 AMI have lost some hype but not all of it. The specific concept of cooperative play, that destiny hopes to achieve, is still something I'm extremely interested in. So far, the animations are what have me disappointed. There is too much flash and not enough aesthetic gravity in the physics. (For comparison: 343i utterly ruined the halo 4 gameplay experience with one of their specific updates, the one which adds a 10% speed boost to player movement... Destiny seems to be favoring that unrealistic speed as well.)

2 RepliesEdited by FairlySplendid: 12/8/2013 3:29:44 AMWould you say, the trill is gone..... Apparently you didn't read the Game Informer article from a few days ago. They basically explained the entire game.

1 ReplyThe information from game informer got my hyped up but the last trailer killed it.
-
2 RepliesIt will be a game changer and more excited now then ever.
-
Judging by half the posted threads at the moment, I would have to say no your not the only one.
-
Yes now go away
