I saw another post about it, but wanted to reiterate it. I was playing a tharsis reformation sabotage mission on Europa and one of the ammo crates you need to destroy was staying immune even after the bubble around it was popped. My team tried multiple different things to break it, including rehitting it with an artillery strike and using a bombing run on it to no avail. Eventually had to quit out of the activity.
