Back then it was part of a quest where you had to find ahamkara bones throughout the dungeon.
Don't know if that is still the case. 🤔
If it is then i would have to guess the legacy one.
If that is no longer the case, you can always try portal with rank A.

The initial drop is random, you have to find the ahmankara skulls for the catty Took me 26 looted clears to get it
