Thank you for reaching out and for this footage.
We understand you've found what appears to be a soft lock in Warlord's Ruin. For our investigation, could you kindly let us know if this happens every time you die under the circumstances you describe?

I've done a small bit of testing, it only happens once you pass the taken torch at the start of the maze, but if you die for any reason afterwards, it will take you here.
