My tome of want disappeared in my inventory has disappeared I cannot get it back I have done literally everything and I cannot get it back please help me

Go to the Shaping Slab in Eris's Flat, change it to Path of Resolve using the Taken orb to the right of it if you aren't already on that path, then claim it from the reward track again.
