Not sure if I am going to regret this but who is cooler
For me personally I think there both cool but if I have to choose than sonic

1 ReplyI've always loved both for as long as I can remember, but sonic clears easily I ain't ever seen Mario on a skateboard or (official) art of him holding a guitar, and sonic always had that "2cool4school" vibe

Mario, he has a job, he fights monsters in the sewer pipes, he beat up an ugly giant turtle, and he really gets his cardio in, he also has a nice girlfriend, all around living the life...

Sonic is one of the most irritating characters I’ve had the displeasure to encounter. I distinctly remember rooting for the villain as a kid playing these games. I wouldn’t call Mario cool. But he isn’t nearly the attention craving clown Sonic is.

I would say Sonic, if it weren’t for how cool Mario is in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. I don’t know what it is, but something about his design hits different in that game.

If you were asking which one’s games are better, that’d be a bit of a toss up, but coolness? That’s 100% Sonic. Mario is great for a lot of reasons, but he never tries to be “cool”.
