3rd Party Software Question?

I recently purchased a Cyborg keypad and was watching videos of people combing it with reWASD software. Is using reWASD against the rules of service? I found a post from a few years ago saying reWASD isn’t against the rules but I’m a little worried after the recent ban wave.

Any 3rd party software or hardware that is capable of giving an unfair advantage is against the terms of service regardless of if you intend to use it to gain an advantage
