Probably because you claimed the bounty before grabbing the old seasonal artifacts. DO NOT DELETE the offering. But, delete the old artifacts... then zone back, it should work. Then go pick up the artifacts again. Same thing happened to me.

I had 2x offerings…both unable to reward…tried many times during the week - all to no avail; so, I discarded them to make space. Caveat: the a/m offerings were holdovers from pre-reset…so, that might be the reason why!? QED 😵‍💫 Ease springs! 🫡

Just some advice from what I just encountered. If the enemies are there, it should work. If not, go back and try again or leave the planet and try. I tried this when I was with some friends, first time going I thought the enemies were killed off from my friend but it was bugged. Second time was a different day and I was by myself and the enemies were there and it worked.

[quote]Why isn't this working?[/quote] Because they intentionally broke it knowing full well it gives you a +5% damage armor mod, they don't want people to use it since everything this season is coded to be in the Dreaming City, that's why. It's them being intentionally nefarious. Having a +5% in 4 slots + artifact mods that boost stuff too would make it far easier than without. Same reason WHY they made Blind Well harder, it's for that very reason, it's to stop players from earning these mods that do not cost any armor energy to equip Jokes on them most people do have a few of this armor mod in their inventory left over since forever (as it only works in Dreaming City / Last Wish)
